The primary goal of the admission process is to maximize each child’s opportunity for success. This process should help match a student’s educational needs and their family’s goals with the academic opportunities available at St. Philip’s Episcopal.
1. Visit Us
Contact the Director of Admissions and Finance, Mandy Graham, via email or call 972-335-8171 ext. 181 to set up a preliminary visit and tour.
Submit a completed application to the Office of Admissions with a non-refundable fee of $100 to St. Philip’s Episcopal School.
Make sure that your child is able to attend a Peer Interaction Evaluation visit. The Office of Admission will evaluate all completed admissions packets and will make admissions decisions in late February. Parent notification letters and enrollment contracts will be mailed in early March.
Schedule and attend an appointment with CATS. Collaborative Academic Testing Service (CATS) is used by St. Philip’s Episcopal as part of the admissions process.
5. Teacher Evaluation
Ensure that the teacher evaluation form has been completed confidentially and returned to St. Philip’s by the child’s current teacher.
Return your contract along with the $375 registration fee and $750 new student fee (if applicable) to the Office of Admissions.
